phish2000, Welcome to the Forum!! You didn't day how many miles you have so, I would ask if you used aftermarket sensors or OEM? Aftermarket sensors have a tendency to not last long and start giving "dings", and then you say, "I just put them on, they should be good". OEM, even tho they cost more seem to last longer. Good Luck
I would take it back to the dealer, request the old PCM be replaced as that "fix" didn't help.
