Since I installed my strut tower brace, I've noticed that the torque steer is greatly reduced.
Anyone else have the same experience? Is it just my imagination or does the strut tower brace really tighten things up that much. Thanks for any input on this everyone. |

I installed the strut tower brace at the same time that I installae the Eibach anti-roll kit. One of the first things that I noticed was that when at 20mph when the trand shifts down to 1st gear (autostick) and the tires break loose that the torque steer is greatly reduced. The overall handling if the cruiser seems more responsive, and definitely tighter. I was not sure how much each kit contributed to the improved handling cause I did them both at the same time. [}

I installed the lowering springs and brace at the same time. It has to be the brace that is helping with the torque steer. I can't imagine that the springs would help.
This is my first front wheel drive car so it has been hard to deal with the steering wheel jumping to the right. I'm sure glad things are better now. |
