Default lower torque struts adjustments

Swapping busted oil pan with new one.

If I remove the lower torque strut, do I have to perform the adjustment sequence? Or could I skip this step and go ahead with the re-assembly?

If you put a dab of paint on the threads before you disassemble, you can re-assemble back as it was. (tighten 'till you hit the paint).

Just look at how it sits and when you put it back to together put in the same general way. There is no need for super precise adjustments.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm going to read through a ton of old posts now so I can catch up on what's going on around here.

Support the engine with a jack and you'll be fine. You'll notice I said "support". That doesn't mean to jack up the engine, just support it.
