Any help on what these error codes for a 2001 PT mean and how to fix them will be greatly appreciated.

The fault code P0455 is:
EVAP Leak Monitor Large Leak Detected - It indicates that a large leak has been detected in the evaporative system. To diagnose the problem your dealer may need to perform a pressure test of the evaporative emission system, or it could be a defective sensor, fitting, line, pump, or valve, assuming the PCM isn't defective. The code will continue to reappear as long as the problem exists. Once the issue has been diagnosed and addressed they will be able to permanently erase the recorded code using a DRB scan tool. P0700 indicates that there are faults on the TCM, (Transmission Control Module) which must be read by a scanner. P1781 Engine Torque Signal Circuit (can't find anything on this one for Chrysler but on other makes of cars it also has something to do with the transaxle.
