It's the EGR:
OBD-II Trouble Code: P0401 Insufficient EGR Flow WHen you did the plugs, you had to unbolt it - 2 differnt size screws (  ) by the throttle body, down, in back.Not expensive, and your car will probably run better after.

Wow, thanks for all your help! This has been a wonderful learning experience for me... good way to find out more about my car and keep it running without having to lug it into a mechanic.
