Default Which way?

I drained my 2001 PT Cruiser’s radiator to change coolant. I turned the drain plug to let it drain.
I tried to close it but it will not stop draining. I forgot which way to turn it, I thought I turned it the
Proper way to close it, but it’s not working. I tried turning it clock wise but I just keep turning and the water won’t shut of. It plastic, all my older cars had a wing type metal nut with no question how it work.
How do you close this thing? Thanks
