Default Magnets for Mileage - Myth or Fact?

Mythbusters "busted" this theory but others swear they work. Have any of you had tried them?

Hoax!! They are supposed to align molecules in the fuel, sure sounds good but unfortunately still a HOAX!!!

not sure what the last post is all about im thinking it time for the sheriff to clean the town again the magnet thing sure sounds great but like already said BUSTED but you know IF and i am saying IF they worked you can bet the oi company's would NEVER let us know about them NEVER

Forget the magnets. I have found that sticking a medium-sized yam in your PT's tailpipe before starting off to work, provides an otherworldly effect that puts magnets to shame ....
