Question Where to find a hi output alternator for a 2006 non-turbo??

I installed an aftermarket stereo (Kenwood x-993) but have not hooked up an amp yet, which I need to run my infinity speakers without blowing them out from clipping.
Where can I find a hi output alternator?

What would you recommend as far as how strong of an alternator to run?
I was thinking of a 140amp alternator. Would I have to alter the charging system at all?

Thank you as always for any help
