Default Changing Plugs Oil in Intake

Just removed my air intake manifold per instructions found on site and there is small amount of oil lining each port on both the upper and lower manifolds. Is this normal?

Yes.
It's why I put in a catch can on both the PCV line and breather line that go to the intake.
