Can I remove it from underneath? It looks pretty tight down there. What is the best way to access this?

Edit: She said it was actually an 05.

Turns out my second battery was bad. Now it will crank but won't turn over. I put in new plugs, air filter and ignition coils, but still nothing.

I'm starting to think crankshaft position sensor, but I don't have a code. Could the sensor go bad without throwing a code?

How many miles do you have on your PT? If you fill in your profile, maybe we can recommend someone close to you to help diagnose the problem. Did you also replace the wires? Stockers are bad news. What did you gap the plugs at?
