Default turn signals and hazzards

i have a slight problem; the turn signals and the hazzards on our 2001 pt cruiser dont work.
i have replaced the multi-function switch and the flasher module on the back of the switch.
i have checked all the fuses by the drivers left leg and they are all good.
any ideas or comments?

Welcome to the forum. You have another set of fuses and relays under the hood. It's called the Power Distribution Center (PDC) and it's right in back of the battery. Part of the air filter has to be disconnected to reach it. The No#18 fuse is for the hazards. Try that.
