Default Picture of assembled engine

I am installing an engine and I'm really not well versed on the PT engine. I did remove the engine but that was more than 5 minutes ago and I've forgotten all that. LOL I have the basic short block together with the T belt and covers on as well as the intakes.. I just am looking at a huge pile of parts (from two engines) and need a refresher

I was able to cobble it together without a picture, I guess I will need to brake it down before installing ????

That's an '01 or an '02 engine, because it has EGR.

Driveability...
After talking to my Chrysler Tech friend, they remove and install from the bottom. I believe the engine can be installed as the picture shows except for the exhaust manifold. Do you have access to a lift?

No lift but I can get the front end up quite a bit. That's how I remove and install my SBC V8 in my Porsche 914. I'll have to take some measurements. It would be nice to install the engine together but thanks for the information. I removed the engine from the top but had to remove everything but the cylinder head.. and still it was a bit tight. I'll be installing the engine tomorrow. I'll post some picks..
Thanks !

I spent some time installing the engine, lots a little parts all stuffed in a small space LOL. Fired it up and it ran well, i have to make sure everything is topped off tomorrow. Sounded good, there is a small exhaust leak at the flex joint in front of the cat converter. Looks like I can weld that, however I don't know for sure. I will test drive it tomorrow a bit. Wish me luck

Got it running today and everything looks good. I was able to put 100 miles on the car today with no issues, runs nice, transmission shifts good as well. The engine removal and re-assembly was a lot of work but worth every bit..
