Now when the Cam marks align as per the diagrams (exhaust cam half notch lower) ........







Then the crank tdc mark looks like this ...
(poor picture , couldent get an uper angle on the gear teeth , added visuals )

The tdc is now well of the mark , a tooth gap away




Now ive read some of the horror stories about having to repeat this job , so if im missing somthing here please ..
let me know , ide like to get this right the first time .
