First off, what makes you say the rear main is leaking? I can't think of a single time when we've had a PT in our shop with a leaking rear main. Not to say it isn't possible...
This isn't a diy repair for most people, unless you have the tools and space to do it. The transmission has to come out of the car.

What year Cruiser??
I think there are some 06/07 with bad thrust bearings which goes out and crank walks and rear main leaks.

Clean it off really good and use some oil dye. It could be as simple as a pan gasket.
