Default replacing fan for 4th time

I have a 2001 with 125,000 miles and I'm about to replace the radiator fan assembly for the 4th time. All the fans have been bought new and everytime I've gone through the process of changing relays and temp sensor prior..Anyone have any ideas about why these maybe burning out?

No I've bought all oem fans on the cheap but it's not worth it anymore I'm gonna get a dealer one this time. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem.

I think you mean aftermarket fans on the cheap. OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer, which would be from a Mopar Dealer.
