Default 05 Cam Sensor

Hey everyone I am trying to replace my cam sensor AGAIN this time I went with a mopar part and I am even trying to put it on right with a torque wrench. The dealer says 80lbs that seams like alot I got this great neck torch wrench and I am not sure if I am reading it right or what but I was just playing with it on the old part and 20 lbs was alot, or maybe this 10.99 wrench is screwed. Any help?
