Angry horn issue

Hi, ive searched for this and cant find an answer any where on the webs. hopefully someone here can help.

about 2 weeks ago, i left my window about half way down in my 07 base model PT, and of course it began to pour out of no where. next day i dried it all out with no visual major damage to the interior. a few days after that my horn decided to start going crazy and honking for no reason. now it goes off completely randomly, and of course in the middle of traffic!

question is, is where is the fuse or relay that goes to the horn? i would like to disable it untill i can get it to a mechanic to have him fix the horn switch. a manual or a fuse box diagram or something. Thanks in advance!

Relay is under the hood drivers side either on firewall or in a box with a black cover, it may be under the air cleaner cover, but it is above the fender.
