Re-timing an engine on a 2003 GT?

Default Re-timing an engine on a 2003 GT?

I have a 2003 PT Cruiser Turbo. The timing belt was off and the crankshaft and camshaft have been rotated and no longer are at TDC. How do I re-time both the crank and camshafts to TDC?
