Welcome to the forum.

First. Please don't use all capital letters. On the Internet, it's like shouting all the time.

Now on to your problem. When was the timing belt and plugs/wires job done? Did the shaking start right after that? Did yo or anyone else check out the motor mounts? I believe one mount has to be disconnected to do the timing belt and it's a possibility that it was left undone when the belt was replaced. Because of the torque on the engine at start-up, you'll notice the shaking more at that time if the motor mount is no connected or broken.

I would think if it was the Camshaft sensor it would do it all the time.

Did some searching and the main consensus is the motor mounts but you said they were new. Then I saw where the EGR valve or 02 sensor could be going out as they both act on the engine when it's cold and change things when it warms up. Only problem is, both the EGR valve and 02 sensors would send a code to the computer causing the fault lite to come on if they were malfunctioning.

That's all I have. Hopefully someone else will have other ideas for you.
