New to the site and love all the info. But I'm looking for a cold air intake for my 2003 limited non turbo and can't find anything. Does anybody know where I can get one.

A small search or even if you looked at the other threads posted right before yours would have come up this:

Looking for a new air intake

I love my K&N that i have in my car. Check advance auto parts, there partners with K&N and they gave me a deal on mine.

air raid or K&N short ram system seem to be the most popular.

I'll probably go with K&N and pay for the name ROFL.

add a ram air hood for the best possible cold air intake I've seen available for the pt cruiser....man I wihs I had money ROFL.

Sometimes you can score a used one on ebay or on the forums if someone is turning the PT back to stock for resale. I was bidding on a used airaid on ebay and got outbid in the last millisecond.

People spend a lot of money on these things. I'm in the wrong business. Seriously - you guys - pull the stock airbox and look in the hole where it pulls air. You won't want to spend another penny when you realize it comes stock with a fairly decent cold air path through the foglamp area.

Get ingenious and seal that up and you are good to go.

K&N's and the non-replaceable fabric filters have their own set of problems. I use a K&N but only because I can't be bothered to buy paper ones every oil change. I'm actually terrified at the thought of how much large particulate is let in by the K&N, but this might start a flame war so I'll stop there.

They all do the same thing, which is close to nothing, basically just sound cool, Dont spend more than you need to.
