Large gauge green wire from alternator

Default Large gauge green wire from alternator

Need help found a large gauge green wire not conected to anything near the starter and pt wont start 70k miles 05 manuel base model. was able to follow the wire to alternator where up front do I connect the other end pictures will be helpful if possible

Dad,

On mine, the large green wire goes to the large bolt on the end of the solenoid which is on top of the starter. The green wire should have a round silver connector with a hole in the middle that goes over the bolt. Look on that bolt and you should see that connector where the green wire broke off.

TAKE OFF THE NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL BEFORE CONNECTING THE GREEN WIRE.

YES, a large red wire sort of coming from a different direction than the green wire but going to the same bolt.

DON'T FORGET TO TAKE OFF THE NEGATIVE CABLE FROM THE BATTERY BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING.

It didnt come off do to driving I put a lot of work into getting it to run right so when I was done a buddy decided to be funny "i am going to kill him" and took it out to screw with me. He didnt lable it. I thought It went where crewzin said but in home electricity green is ground white or red hot balck return . sinse the red was there I assumed it was the possative and green ould be ground tthats what I get for thinking though
