Default Turn signals and hazzards inop

I have an 01 PT I just installed a new evap coil, and got everything back together, everything works except the directionals and hazzards. I went over everything, all my connections are good I plugged everything back in. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated thanks. I did find some kind of relay that plugs into the back of the multifunction switch. Does that control the directionals and the hazzards?

I believe the flasher unit actually plugs into the top of the multi-function stalk. It's black and square. If you found a relay that's not plugged it, that's probably your turn signals and the flasher unit won't work without it.

Did you have the stalk out of the steering column? There should be two plug-in units that go into the stalk and they must be taken off to work on it, that might be one of them that somebody left off.
