Default code after timing belt change

I just replaced a timing belt on '01 with 2.4L. Ran good for 1/2 mile then engine died. Now engine runs rough (sometimes dies) and has set code P0140. Nothing visibly wrong with O2 sensor or wiring. Any ideas?
Checked for broken/damaged wires, hoses, etc from belt change, all ok so far.

Default Re: code after timing belt change

At times people change the rear o2 sensor only and the code may or may not disappear and it may reappear quite fast too indicating either the cat is faulty or the 02 sensor before it is faulty or there is a combination of those two devices being faulty or the exhaust system has a fault or the engine requires serving etc.
Also check the exhaust for leaks.
