Default Overheating diagnosis

I heard metion of a bleeder in the cooling system. Is there a procedure to to bleeding besides just opening the valve? Do Pt cruisers use a special coolent? and what happens if it was not used. How can you check or cause the high speed of the fan to engage?

On the top of the forum is the SEARCH. Please just type in "overheating" and you'll have all the information you need and plenty to read.
