OBD-II Trouble Code: P0132 Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank1, Sensor1)

code P0132 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit High Voltage is what Google found. IF you change sensors, use OEM instead of aftermarket, our PT's don't like aftermarket sensors.

The radiator fan cools everything when at idle and up to 35mph. After that, the fan shuts off and there's enoough air coming through the front of the car to keep it cool.

Your problem could be a number of things but the most likely it's the radiator fan. Probably the high speed brushes have worn away inside the motor. It can be rebuilt or a new motor bought or a whole new fan and assembly. But first you have to find out if the fan is coming on and blowing on high speed to cool down the coolant.
