Question slow crank

Hello all,
I got my PT back from the body shop on Wednesday morning, and I haven't been able to drive it because i broke my leg and have a cast. Last night, my brother and I went to get dinner, and I let him drive it. It was about 9:00, and 55 degrees outside. It had sat for two full days, and had not been started. It cranked slow, but fired up fine. My question is, can a car battery start to drain in two days?
Thanks

It shouldn't but lot of different factors. Was any small light left on? Did it get extremely hot or cold during those days? How old is the battery?

Easy enough to take to one of the auto stores that check the battery and charging system at no cost.

Like Crewzin said, A lot of places will check it for free and since yuo can still drive it, you'll get an instant precise answer instead of us guessing on the other end of the internet.
