From a cylinder head replacement company:

Your PT Cruiser head has an identifying casting number that will be needed in order to ensure that you get the correct cylinder head. This number is cast into the head in the form of raised numbers. It is on the rear of the head on the opposite end from the pulleys. There is also a number on the back side of the magnetic sensor on the rear of the intake cam. You must remove the sensor with a torx bit and turn it over to see this number.
