Default 2004 2.2 CRD Waterpump replacement

Hi Folks,

We have an 04 diesel (european) cruiser that's become rather incontinent.
Coolant is leaking from above the compressor (can't see exactly where but I suspect the waterpump).

Got the thing up on lift, took rhs wheel off, bumper off, but *no* idea how to get in to the pump.

is the waterpump behind the steering fluid pump? if so does anyone have a howto for getting in there.
Looks like I'll need to drop the engine, in which case i suspect its off to the dealer :-(

of course the Haynes book of lies doesn't cover the diesel model. ho hum.

Andrew

Hey My friend we here in the states were never was given the opportunity to buy the diesel version so your going to find we don't know that much. Hopefully one of the other forum members can at least lead you to a proper European forum so you can get some answers. Good Luck.
