Question Turbo oil filter on non turbo PT?

Will the oil filter from the PT Turbo fit on a non turbo PT?

I know that the gasket and threads are a match, but is there room in a normal PT for the extra length in the turbo's oil filter?

It will fit, but will need a bit more oil because the turbo is slightly longer. Its definetly going to be a tight squeeze

Thumbs up Re: Turbo oil filter on non turbo PT?

I just found another thread here...

Turbo oil filter on non turbo???

Seems that there's no problem with a turbo filter on the non-turbo car.

Calab, the turbo filter will fit easily. I'm glad you posted the previous thread that I had added to. I forgot that I had promised to put up a link to my PT Crew thread about the even bigger than Turbo filter I had converted my PT over to. Here it is. Sorry it's so late.

Just found my old post... I did use the turbo filter without any issue at all.
