Default Electric Fan Replacement for a 2007 PT

Well mine is at 55,000 miles and started running rough at idle when i was at a stop light and the AC would blow warm but as soon as i started moving again it would run fine and blow ice cold. This has been happening for about 4 or 5 days and i checked the fan yesterday and found that it was not coming on at all so i kick started the fan and it turned very slow and was arching so its def fried, but at least the car stays running cool on the temp like always. My question is,what is the easiest way to replace the fan? I am a mechanic but its always nice to have advise to make things quicker because it looks like it will come out a couple diff ways and i plan on doing it at work tomorrow.Thank you.

They (Chrysler) changed things around a bit through the years, especially from 2006+ but for the most part it's the same....

Removing the fan and housing 01-05 PT
