Not worth the money. The factory header is actually pretty well made. You can pour thousands of dollars into a na PT and it will still be slower than a GT or even a turbo lite. The na PT is a great cruiser, but has a terrible platform for adding power.

There is a stainless steel one (new) on e-bay right now, comes w/both gaskets...$135.00.

That's good advise. thanx. I'm just old school though. My first car was a 78 Cutless Supreme and i was gonna deck it out with everything till someone in an SUV pulled out in front of me. I'm not really a tuner, i'm a muscle car guy, but my baby does need more power.

I think you are correct, but, if you click on "ask a question" or "see other items" on one of the parts sites you found all the stuff that seller has will show up. I was just looking @ '01~'05 cause mine is an '01.

There were no changes to exhaust header - question the seller.

If you are looking for more power from a header on a PT you will be disappointed. I was disappointed with an aftermarket header on my '01 PT.
