Does anyone know if any one makes a performance intake manifold?

For the Non-Turbo? I don't think so. Chrysler did make a better one for the Turbo models but never changed the Non-turbo manifolds and the after-market never cam out with one that I know of.

There are a few guys over at ptcrew.com thathave put the plastic turbo manifold on a NA and got a good improvemnt. Looks like is a fairly easy swap.

The 06+ plastic turbo manifold will bolt up to the N/A PT. It rectifies a lean condition in one of the cylinders by way of a diverter inside the plenum.

As I said in your thread regarding the larger TB: with a bit of work, you can modify an SRT-4 or an Indy intake manifold to fit. You'll have to lose the single fan on the inside of the radiator, but you can install a better-flowing fan or fans outside the radiator. You can even fit slim fans behind the stock grille. No issues. You'll also have to transplant your sensors onto the new TB.

Look up Alex (low_pt) on PTCrew and he'll give you answers.

The lean condition was on the turbos with the aluminum manifold. The na plastic intake manifold is just fine. The runners on the turbo plastic intake manifold and the na plastic intake manifold are the same. I call BS on any gains with a na PT using a plastic turbo intake manifold. It's funny watching 2nd and 3rd generation PT owners making the same mistakes trying to increase performance in the na PT that the 1st generation owners did.

Here is a link to the guy that swapped an NA for a Turbo manifold.
