Air filter upgrade

Have seen some interesting air filter custom upgrades on pt do it yourself website. Does anyone know anywhere in Melbourne Australia that can help me "do it myself"? Would like to do the upgrade for the look and the performance. Also looking for a strut tower bar. Any ideas would be great!

i dont know out side of the u s but if you can get the race and street brand tower strut brace you will be very happy with it

Seems doing some minor mods to the stock air box can be just as effective as an aftermarket product.

There are only 3 Tower strut bars I would recommend. Race and Street, Freedom Design, and Pro-Felge. The APC one poses too many problems and is a poor fit.

Sorry Sci-Fi, but I have to disagree, but it is b/c of experience, not theory. I had the K&N drop in filter, then took off the snorkle and the white piece inside the top cover, and even drilled holes in the thing to let more air in. Then I got the AIRAID and it is definitely way better as far as sound and performance go. This was a nice surprise, I must say.

Pipercross is a very good company. If you check the site you find in the "CONTACTS" a distributor in AUSSIE land. I E-mailed them and finally got a response, but they did respond. They have a setup for the PTC. Only problem is will it work for both the 2 liter and 2.4 liter. Give them a try. Here is the Distrbutor in your neck of the woods, info@faber.com.au

Where did you get the AIRAID from and what needs to be done to install it. Thanks for any input
