Default Heater air duct

I have a 2006 pt cruiser convertable turbo and my son accident pushed a large glow stick down the heater vent. And I turned the knob off defrost and now I can get it back to defrost. Have taken cover off, but can't see to get it out. Any suggestion??

I've also got an '06 PT GT vert, and I posted a simple tutorial on removing the center console cover, which is what you'll need to do to get that glow stick out.

You can find my pictures here. Please read that carefully, it's very easy to get that console surround off, but it's also very easy to wreck it. Once it's off, you can access your vents and all there. Lots of photos to help.

I know how to take to cover off, but I don't know how to get down to the center of the heater, where it is at.
