Default Trouble getting bottom T/B cover on!

Can someone please help me, I'm putting my 01 crusier back together after replacing head gasket and water pump, one manual said to put rear timing cover on before putting on the new timing belt, well I did'nt do that, but I can't figure out how to put the bottom cover on regardless, I need a picture, I don't remember taking it off, and don't see how any bolt patterns could posssibly line up!
