PCV valve.. Photo of that part??

Question PCV valve.. Photo of that part??

Any one has photo of PCV valve? What could be fault when that part is worn?

a PVC dosent get "worn" it gets plugged up it is the crankcase breather so when it cant breath it cant return the oil back to the engine they are cheap and usually pretty easy to replace

When installing a new PCV don't over tighten it! I recently changed mine and there was some oil "weeping" around that fitting, after a closer look I found that someone had tightened the one that was in there to the point that a small crack had formed
That was where the oil was leaking. I sealed it with some high temp silicone and it seems to be Ok so far. Just remember the intake is plastic! The PCV looks like it has a pipe thread...so go easy.

I posted these awhile back, but I'll put them up again. The L-shaped PCV is for the turbo PT.

Here's a couple of not very good pics of its location on the typical N/A. It attaches at the drivers side end of the cam cover. It's under the TB intake hose. You can also see the catch can on the "balance" hose.
