Does anyone know where the ECM fuse is?

I have a 2006 convertable when i hook up the scanner it does not read so i'm thinking the fuse must be burned out i know on most chevy models the lighter fuse is the same one that controls the ECM can anyone help me? My problem is the car won't start i changed out the fuel pump because there was no fuel pressure but still nothing i did have power to the old pump thats why i originally changed it only 40300 miles on car
