If i take some parts off of a gt and put them into my na, do you think it would do anything, to either performance or mpg's?
What i'm talking about is what if i install a turbo intake mani and gt injectors.

You're forgetting oil feed lines/etc. for the turbo's cooling/lubrication as well as an intercooler and piping for it as well. You can manage a turbo in ALOT of different cars if you've got the know-how.

Honestly though, if you want a quick/turbo PT I'd say grab a Turbo-Lite or a GT. You'd spend alot less money putting that $$$ into a GT/Turbo Lite and make it much quicker than if you spent the $$$ putting a turbo in your N/A and then performing aftermarket mods.

The computer in the N/A is not programmed to handle the bigger injectors.

You've been around long enough to know how to use the search. The question of adding a turbo to the N/A has been asked at least once a month for the last couple of years. Like Kawizx9r just said, it isn't worth it.

Just adding more fuel isn't going to do anything, except add more fuel!!!

You could start using alcohol, about 50% larger injectors seem to work
(ie, from 24 lb to 30lb), but gains aren't significant.

Installing then converting 2.4's to turbo is the norm on a Neon, I have no
experience or interest, but lots of SRT dudes sell their turbo after upgrading.
SRT piston / rod assembly used to be cheap, I've heard prices have increased

Then you have controller issues ....MegaSquirt is great for old 2.0/2.4, someone
said it didn't do too well on NGC blocks

Maybe I'm reading this wrong but I think he wants to use the turbo manifold, not the turbo itself.

Correct - he said the INTAKE manifold.
When the turbos first came out, a good mechanic on the forums (Bob Stockum) played around and put a turbo intake on an N/A motor, and did get an improvement. That was the aluminum manifold. Now that there is a plastic (composite) manifold for the turbo that flows even better, it would seem that would be better, still.
