No idea, but try flipping the dial that either takes in outside air or reuses inside air on the heater controls, since noise comes from dash.

I had a whistle noise when I had the original antenna. At certain speeds the high pitched noise would bother the heck out of me. Going to a shorty antenna cured that. As QSD said, change the positions of the HAVC knobs and see if that stops any of the noise. Another member has a "sucking sound" from the dash and changing the knobs helped a little but didn't take it all away.

Air going through the air box sometimes sounds like it's coming from the dash. If you don't have a a performance or high flow air filter, you might check your air box to make sure it's closed tight, and then make sure your air filter is clean and doesn't have any small holes in it.
I had a dirty filter in my old buick, and the sound of the air trying to go through the small clean area at one end of it's air box made all kinds of odd noises till I changed the filter out.
Another suggestion: I took my side mirrors off to gauge what all I would have to take apart to paint them. While the were off I noticed one of the seals behind the passenger one was a little warped. I used a hiar dryer to heat it up and stretch it out straight, and that eliminated some of the air noise I was getting around the side mirrors at speed.
In any case, good luck with your noise. I tend to get pretty irritated at mystery noises myself.
