Question Error code P0300 & P0304

I have an '07 PT turbo with about 106,000 miles and it's starting to run poorly. I checked the codes and found P0300 and P0304. Both indicate miss cylinder firings. I have replaced the plugs and the wires but it's still there. What might be the next logical step? I'm thinking the PCM.
