Default Changing Auto Trans Fluid

I know its been posted;;help with where or hints... can the trans fluid be easily changed with a set of ramps & basic tools & a big pan? I know it takes ATF4.. i would get a Mopar trans kit,,any other tips & obviously much cheaper than dealer but anything I need to know? Thanks MJB

What you need to know is by doing it yourself, your changing about 4 quarts out of the 16 quarts that the system holds. But that's up to you.

crezwin it is more like 6 quarts and the filter and mine holds 12( that is what they told me at NAPA im sure they could be wrong)) so its right at half

They used to have plugs in the Torque Converter.
Don't see why you couldn't drill and tap 1/16" pipe hole, drain
heat exchanger
