Angry Elec window fuses

Can anyone tell me where the fuse is located on a '55 PT classic.
The manual is useless, and now my n/s/f window won't close.
Any help will be gratefully recieved.

Even though you're outside the US, I would suspect that the fuses would be located on the driver's side the way ours are.

There's a small removable panel just 2 feet below the side-view mirror adjustment. Pop the panel off (excessive force not required) and you will see a host of fuses. Behind the panel you removed should be a diagram of your fuses, as well as what size fuse and what they are connected to. Looking at the fuse panel itself, you'll see a plastic trim that goes around the fuses as well as numbers for each fuse. Carefully remove it (it's brittle) and you should be able to remove/replace whatever fuse you need to replace.

As was just said. Like ours, the C/S 20A Pwr Window fuse is located in the fuse panal by the driver left knee. The two top fuses are located horizontally above all the rest of the fuses. Left one for Power Windows, right one for the Headlamp Switch.
