sloppy timing belt after replacement

Default sloppy timing belt after replacement

i had my timing belt replaced by hoover Chrysler in Charlston, SC and there is slop in the belt that makes it hit the belt cover is this normal? or should i panic?

Not Normal, sounds like you have a return call to the dealer.
