Default a/c power steering belt tensioner

On my 2.0 pt, my drive belt tensioner looks like this PT Cruiser power steering belt tensioner (it's upside down in the photo which doesn't help).
The haynes manual does not give any help on this tensioner, it seems as far as haynes is concerned it doesn't exist. I know that all of you have the 2.4 which haynes covers, but does anybody have any idea as to how you loosen this tensioner so as to get the a/c and power steering belt off. Apart form the tensioner, the 2.0's a/c, power steering and distributor belts set up is exactly the same as the 2.4's.
Thanks in advance.

I think it's a 15mm wrench, just grab the bolt on the pulley itself and push towards the front and slip off the belt.....POC...

Which bolt head? I don't have one, that's my problem The bolt goes from inside to out and all that's visible in the centre of the pulley as you look at it, is the thread end of the bolt. Do you mean putting the wrench on the bolt head so that the wrench is between the pulley and the engine, then turn towards the front to slacken?

Can you get a pipe wrench or bar wedged to remove pressure on the arm? Does it have an allen on it? that pulley has to come off somehow?

The serpentine belt tensioner on our 2.4's is loosened by inserting a breaker bar into the square opening in the tensioner body and turning the bar. Unless I'm mistaken, I'm seeing a similar square opening in the center of your tensioner, so just insert a breaker bar with maybe a short extension and turn.
