Default PART ID

This just fell off the kids 2001 PT Cruiser. She sent me a phone pic. Is this part of the heat shield from under the vehicle ?

Difficult to tell from that photo, need to see the whole thing, front and back sides.

For sure an exhaust heat shield. Put the car on a lift and you will see exactly where its from.

this is from a GT but i don't think it makes a difference, but this is where it could've come from.

That is the heat shield.

If she crawls under I bet the nut is still attached to stud, looks like the shield fatigued.

If she can get the nut off(use some Penetrant) and buy a couple of fender washers, she can put it back on.
