I've heard mixed results on those E3, I had bought them for my Gran Prix and they seemed very cheaply made. Almost any decent wire is better than the stock. I used Denso Iridium plugs and Granelli wires, some will say I overpaid but those wires were the best built wires I've ever seen and will most likely last as long as I own the car. If you do a search you will find countless threads and arguments on plugs and wires

We have a sticky at the top of this forum on how to change the plugs.

Granatelli and Taylor wires get my pick, but as stated above anything's better than stock.

You've got a non-turbo so I'll let the N/A guys tell you what plugs you should get.

plats are great for the NA, but you run them in the turbo and they'll fry.

Double plats for N/A, and my vote goes to Granatelli. You can usually pick up a set off SRTForums on the cheap, and they'll work wonders.
