Default engine light P0301

hello,
i got the engine light on for a few days and got the error code P0301.
after having checked other threads of this forum i changed the 4 sparking plugs and the 4 wires and the coil....
i made the engine light erased but it came back with the same error code.
i noticed that he appeared when i was waiting at a traffic light and disapeared when i was driving without stopping, then it came back again when i stopped.
now it s always on and start flashing when the car is stopped for more than 10 seconds.
what do you think about it ? i think there s a problem when the engine is at idle .

hey welcome to the site, but we're gonna need a lil bit more info. What type of engine do you have, turbo or n/a? What year is your baby? what kinda plugs did you use? why did you change the coil? When changing the coil, where did you get it?

One thing you should know is that Chrysler advises you NOT to drive the PT when the engine light flashes.

The MIL (Malfunction Indicator Lights) flashes to alert to serious conditions that could lead to immediate loss of power or severe CAT damage. The vehicle should be serviced ASAP if this occurs. (Owners Manual Page 115)

hi, no the car was running fine, and it still does , there is no loss of power nothing,
just this light appearing and flashing when i stop too much long....
i made the spark plug #1 changed by a mechanic to see how to to do it ,and then i replaced the other ones with the new wires and the coil myself, it was easy
