Default My To Do list for wife's 2001 PT cruiser, info needed

So i bought the wife a PT cruiser that was out of province and today just went into the shop for the provincial inspection and here's what came of it

-Rack and pinion, outer tie rod ( looking to do all this work myself, just wondering how much of a pain this is going to be )
Engine mounts.. ( this might be fun, isnt their like 3? )
Rear brake light ( i think that was my bad for not hooking it back up when replacing rear latch )
Fog lights dont work ( replaced with new multi-function switch, old light sockets were corroded to hell so spliced in new ones ( i wired them right just keeps blowing fuses now )
and exhaust was loose but "they did me a favor" and tightened the clamp while it was on the hoist.

basically looking for some input on some of these next few projects i got going on.

Rack and pinion is super fun. You have to drop the cross member. Not something that "I" would do without a lift but can be done.

Outer tie rod. Easy. Make sure to get an alignment after the rack and tie rod replacement.

The three engine mounts are not too bad. The upper and lower torque struts are easy and can be done without even lifting the vehicle. The 3rd mount is harder but not too bad.

Fog lights sound like a short. Thats hit or miss as far as how hard its going to be. first retrace everything you touched in the recent repair.
