Default Condensor mounting bolt.

Does anyone know what size torx head this is and how to get to it? I was jacking the engine up and down to change the timing belt and heard a pop. It was the condensor coming out of this mount. It is simular to a how a bike tire mounts on the forks, for lack of a better description.

I tried to get to this from underneath the car. But, the alternator is right there and I could not get the bolt loose.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
