Default trans question

First of all hello to everyone and thanks for posting great info.
I have a 2006 non turbo automatic that is giving me problems. Check engine light comes on and the trans "jolts" when shifting from park to drive or reverse. Then seems to be stuck in first gear. I shut the car off turn it back on and it drives fine. code reader gave a code po700 trans code and po562 system voltage low. So I took it to a trans shop. of course the check engine light went off when they started the car but they said they might still be able to retreive the trouble codes. well after road testing and putting their code reader on it they would say it might be a short somewhere. from what I have read on this forum my gut instinct tells me that its the trans control solinoid. what do you all think and how do I find the correct part number for it. Thanks in advance for your help
